Privacy policy

This policy covers loomxrlabs.com, the website of LoomXR Labs Inc. ("LoomXR", "we"). It does not cover a product, because we have not released one. We will update this page before we do.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you submit the contact form or email us.
• Server logs. Our host records standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.

How we use it

We use your email address to reply to you. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add it to a mailing list without asking you first.

Who processes it for us

• FormSubmit delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
• Vercel hosts this site and keeps the server logs.
• Our email providers store the messages you send us.

These providers may process data outside Canada.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as we are in contact with you, and delete it when you ask.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email minhaj@loomxrlabs.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
